Signaling and Safety System SpDr-64-JŽ

Signalling and safety system SpDrS-64- JŽ was developed on the basis of the German system SpDrS-60 and serves to protect rail traffic in stations and interstitial distances. For the protection of railway stations with lower traffic frequency (up to 2 tracks), was developed the system FSU-90. For the protection of railway stations with lower traffic frequency (up to 4 tracks), it is used coordinate signaling and safety system KSS-94. All signaling and safety devices are in compliance with applicable railway standards and regulations. Signalling and safety system SpDrS-64-JG consists of indoor and outdoor devices.

Indoor devices

Indoor devices of the SpDrS-64-JŽ system include command panel, relay and supply devices.

Command Panel

Managing of signalling and safety devices is performed via command panel, or command desk (board) from which is provided central management of all main and shunting signals, points, derailers, as well as of entry and exit roads, passing and shunting trains and shunting systems. On the command panel are installed all necessary command buttons and lamps indicators of proper operation control of signalling and safety equipment. Command desk(board) is produced in variants: 18×24, 18×30, 18×36, 20×24, 20×30, 20×36, 24×30, 24×36, 24×42, 26×30, 26×36, 26×42, 28×30, 28×36, 28×42, 28×42, 30×42

Relay Devices

Relay device SpDrS- 64-JŽ consists of frame carriers with grids, relay frames, cable splitters and inter-splitters, power rails, relay groups, motor relays and connecting cables.

REALAY FRAMES

Relay frames are fixed to the floor and the walls of the station facility. On the relay frame carriers upper side are installed typical construction devices, wired and adapted for placing certain relays and relay groups. On the side of the first frame of every line there are 20 power rails trough which power is brought to every line of frames. In the frames there are 12 power rails from which are selected powers needed for certain type of frame. Typical relay groups and relays are installed on relay frames. Relay frames are connected with cables with inter- splitter and splitter. It is produced in variants: input signal group, output signal group, distant signal group, point group, track group, rail group, activation group, group for train departure… INTER-SPLITTER Inter-splitter is used for arranging of all inner cables which are brought from relay frames, command desk, power devices and other.

RELAY GROUPS

Relay groups are standardized in accordance with the function they perform: signal, points, track, for indusi balise, activation dependence, for half-barriers, dependence on APB etc. Every group type is installed on specific frame. Relay groups are plug-in type. On the front side are protected with glass panel from external influences and through it we can have an insight of the situation in the group. In one relay group can be installed a maximum of 35 relays K-50. Groups are technically tested, attested and sealed. It is produced in variants: input signal group, output signal group, distant signal group, point group, track group, rail group, activation group, group for train departure…
